Кубок Тактик 2009, опрос по регламенту

Совсем немного осталось до старта ежегодного турнира Кубок Тактик 2009. Тем временем, осталось решить несколько ключевых вопросов по регламенту.

1. Игроков делаем универсалами или создаем набор игроков для каждой позиции?
2. Нужны ли таргетмены, плеймейкеры и т.д.?
3. Какие дополнительные турниры можно провести параллельно с основным (можно выбрать несколько пунктов)?
4. Какое СА ставить игрокам (можно выбрать несколько пунктов)?
5. В прошлом году было много споров насчет того, что вратари пропускали очень много. Поэтому надо сразу решить, повышать ли им скилы относительно других игроков.
